Can you move our data off our current CRM?
Yes. We import jobs, contacts, carriers, and adjusters from any standard CSV or spreadsheet export, map them to Prometheus fields, and run a dry pass so you can review every row before anything is written.
What happens when a tech has no signal?
Prometheus installs as an app on any phone and keeps working offline. Photos, notes, and completed tasks queue locally and sync the moment a connection comes back. Nothing is retyped.
Do subcontractors see our whole job list?
Never. Access is enforced with row-level security in the database, so a sub literally cannot query a job they aren't assigned to, not just hidden from their screen.
How does the pre-lien reminder work?
Enter the contact date and Prometheus tracks the 20-day preliminary notice window and the mechanics-lien deadline on the job card, with persistent reminders until it's marked served.
Is our claim and homeowner data secure?
Data sits on SOC 2 Type 2 infrastructure with row-level security, encrypted transport and storage, and per-role permissions. Photos live on a private, zero-egress CDN bucket.
How long does onboarding take?
Most shops are running live jobs within a week: import, set up statuses and users, then train PMs and field techs in two short sessions. We stay on the phone through your first full cycle.
